• QuickTime - you may also need this to hear podcasts
• Audacity (Windows) - you need this to make podcasts
• Audacity (Mac) - you need this to make podcasts
• LAME MP3 Encoder - this download is on the appropriate Audacity link above - you need to install it to to export Audacity sessions as MP3 files, which play on iTunes and on iPods or other MP3 players.
• Windows Media Encoder (PC) - this software lets you make voice over screen capture videos that play in Windows Media Player
• Windows Media Encoder (Mac) - I'm still working on finding somethng like this for the Mac
• Windows Media Player (PC) - I can't image that there would be a PC without this, but if you have an older PC you many need this to view and hear the class wmv files
• Windows Media Player (Mac) - if you have a Mac, you'll need this to view some of the class help files.
